Travel Grant for Translators

There are four annual application deadlines:
1 January, 1 April, 1 August and 1 October.

Professional translators, i.e., translators who have at a minimum one work listed within the genre for which support is being sought, may apply for travel grants in connection with specific translation projects as well as for supplemental linguistic and cultural training.  

 Applications will be processed by the Danish Arts Council’s Committee for Literature.

Applications submitted in a timely fashion by the stated deadline will receive a written response no later than three months after this deadline. It is not possible to provide a telephonic response on the status of individual applications.
