Biography about Knud Sørensen

Knud Sørensen was born on 10 March 1928. He made his debut in 1965 with the publication of the collection Den røde Kaffekande (The Red Coffee-Pot). Knud Sørensen has been active in a large number of literary organizations and has among other things been chairman of the Danish Writers' Association Poetry Group (1978-80), member of the Danish Writers' Association executive committee (1982 -1988), and member of the Writers' Association Fiction Group executive committee (1991-).
