Biography about Morten Søndergaard

Morten Søndergaard was born in Copenhagen in 1964. In 1993 he obtained the degree of cand.phil. in Literature at the University of Copenhagen. The year before, he made his debut with the collection Sahara in My Hands. Side by side with his writing he has been co-editor of various magazines such as Hieroglyf, Van Gogh and Banana Split. In 1997 his translation Jorge Luis Borges, The Book of Sand, appeared.
