Attention: the BUDGET form (EXCEL format) contains three worksheets:

  • Worksheet 1 - Estimated budget:
(comprising of 6 chapters under the Expenditure section and 3 under the Income section)

  • Worksheet 2 - Grant calculator:
Chapter 3 – Costs in connection with conferences, seminars/workshops
In case your proposal contains activities related to conferences, seminars/workshops, different flat rates are applied for participant days depending upon whether a participant is defined as local (resident in the country where the event takes place) or international (resident in a country which is not the country where the event takes place), and depending upon the location of the event. The amount of the grant as calculated using the grant calculator will be automatically considered under chapter 3 of the expenditure section of the estimated budget and becomes part of the total grant requested. The total grant (chapter 1 of the Income section) is arrived at by adding the grant requested for the remaining chapters (i.e. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6) and the grant as calculated for chapter 3, which in total cannot exceed 50% of the total eligible budget of the project (i.e. chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).

  • Worksheet 3 - Reference values:
a table showing the fixed rates applicable for each of the counties where the event is taking place.
