Specifications
The Specifications (technical explanations accompanying the Call for proposals for 2008) provide information on the eligibility, selection and award criteria, as well as the financial procedures and the conditions for submitting an application.
We would point out that the selection procedure will last several months. It guarantees the transparency of the Community action and provides the stringency needed to ensure that public funds are used appropriately.

There will be under the same call two distinct selection procedures:
- First selection: Deadline for submitting the applications: 01/10/2007
- Second selection: Deadline for submitting the applications: 01/04/2008

- InfoDay Culture
Applicants will also have the opportunity to submit questions during the 'InfoDay Culture' event, that is jointly organised by the European Commission (DG EAC) and the Executive Agency on September 14, 2007 (venue: Charlemagne Building, 170 rue de la Loi, 1049 Brussels).
- Explanatory Note on the languages:
The application and the supporting documents shall be submitted in one of the 23 official EU languages. However, in order to accelerate the procedure, applicants are invited to send their applications in one of the three languages in which the specifications are published: English, French, German.
